In order to obtain a Certified Delaware Criminal History Background Check through fingerprints, you must provide a photo identification.
The State Bureau of Identification updates this information regularly in order to assure that it is complete and accurate. However, this information can change quickly and is provided by convicted sex offenders as required by Delaware Law.
The warrants available in this database consist of warrants issued by the courts of Delaware. Recent changes in the status of the warrants may not be reflected in this online database. Only law enforcement officers can arrest a person for an outstanding warrant.
The Professional Licensing Section licenses/regulates security guard, firearm guard, private investigator, armored car and alarm industries, as well as pawnbrokers, secondhand dealers, scrap metal processors, constables, bail enforcement agents and HR 218/CCDW permits for retired DSP only.
